It’s been a good year for Jennifer Lawrence. The actress raked in $46 million between June of 2015 and 2016, Forbes reports, thanks to her star turn in the blockbuster Hunger Games franchise, her Oscar-nominated role in Joy and an advance for the sci-fi drama Passengers. This is her second year taking the top prize on the list.
Ghostbusters‘s Melissa McCarthy and the always-profitable Scarlett Johansson took top honors after Lawrence, while Jennifer Aniston, Fan Bingbing, Charlize Theron, Amy Adams, Julia Roberts, Mila Kunis and Deepika Padukone round out the top ten. Of course, this metric just takes into account the calendar year’s activity, not their lifetime earnings or their bankability to studios. For that, we can crown Scarlett Johansson: she’s brought in $3.3 billion in domestic ticket sales. Those are receipts worth keeping.
