93.1 Jamz Contest Rules
THE FOLLOWING APPLIES TO ALL CONTESTS UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED
1. No purchase necessary to enter, void where prohibited.
2. Contests are open to all US Residents.
3. Participants and winners must be legal US Residents.
4. Prizes are non-transferrable and non-redeemable for cash. No substitutions of the prize are permitted.
5. Void where prohibited by law.
6. One entry per person per registration
7. Winners are solely responsible for any and all local, state and federal taxes. Winners may also be required to sign prize winner documents and/or waivers. Only one winner per household per 30 days.
8. Winners must show proof of identification including Social Security Number and sign an affidavit of eligibility and release.
9. By participating in contests, contestants grant 93.1 Jamz (WJQM-FM) and Midwest Family Broadcasting the right to publicize and/or broadcast the winner's name, character, likeness, voices, and the fact that he or she has participated in a contest and/or won the contest. No further compensation will be granted to contestants or contest winners in exchange for WJQM's usage of the aforementioned.
10. By participating in contests and/or accepting any prize, the winner releases 93.1 Jamz (WJQM-FM) and Midwest Family Broadcasting and any additional sponsors from any and all liabilities associated with any contest and/or said prizes.
11. Decisions of the 93.1 Jamz (WJQM-FM) judges are final.
12. 93.1 Jamz (WJQM-FM) reserves the right to end the contest at any time for any reason without notice. Also, 93.1 Jamz (WJQM-FM) reserves the right to discontinue any contest at any time without prior notice and also reserves the right to disqualify any contestant who fails to comply with these contest rules.
13. 93.1 Jamz (WJQM-FM) reserves the right to change these contest rules at any time without prior notice. Also, 93.1 Jamz (WJQM-FM) reserves the right to discontinue any contest at any time without prior notice.
14. Employees of 93.1 Jamz (WJQM-FM), Mid-West Family Broadcasting and any additional contest sponsors and their immediate families and not eligible to participate in or win any contest.
15. No responsibility is assumed by 93.1 Jamz (WJQM-FM) or contest sponsors for damaged, lost, altered, mis-directed, postage due, incomplete or ineligible entries, phone or mechanical failure, human error or any act of nature which may prohibit you from entering or winning any contest.
16. The number of people entered into contests will determine the number of qualifiers and the odds of winning.
17. Qualifiers will be drawn from all eligible contestants with the grand prize winner being drawn from all eligible qualifiers.
18. In the event that a contestant is found to be ineligible for a prize, said prize(s) will not be awarded. No substitution or transference of prizes by winner.
19. Unless otherwise specified, all prizes will be picked up by the winner. 93.1 Jamz (WJQM-FM) is not responsible for delay in delivery or for any prizes lost in the mail. Some prizes may be timely or size may be a concern. Contest winners will pick up prizes at the 93.1 Jamz (WJQM-FM) studios during normal business hours; Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm. The 93.1 Jamz (WJQM-FM) studios are located at 730 Ray O Vac Drive, Madison, WI. 53711. Winners have 30 days to claim their prizes, if the prize goes unclaimed it will be returned to the prize closet.
