The Back 2 School Backpack Give-Away
brought to you by The Levy Giving Fund, DJ Fusion, and Madtown’s 93.1 JAMZ.
Children in the Madison Area, going into grades 4k-8th grade, are eligible to receive a FREE Backpack including basic school supplies for starting the year out right!
Established in 2019 &Serving the greater Madison Community, The Back 2 School Backpack Give-Away has provided more than 2400 Backpacks with supplies!

- Submissions are open through 12pm (Noon) on Friday August 15, 2025
- Fulfilled Submissions will be notified via Email on or before 11:59pm Monday August 18, 2025
- Up to 3 Submissions per household (Duplicate entries / Address not accepted)

Eligibility and Supplies Included
- Elementary and middle school aged children (Grades 4K-8) enrolled in MMSD (Madison Metro School District) / Greater Madison Area
- Average of 25/30 Supplies included with each Backpack

How Do I Know If My Submission Can Be Filled / Was Selected?
- Public submissions that can be filled will be notified via Email on or before Monday August 18, 2025 – The Email will contain details for their family to attend the pick up event.
