He has overcome substance abuse, gun violence, the loss of loved ones and addiction, and is currently an advocate of many of these things in our community.  Come to Oscar apartments to meet Jackie and get your signed copy of his magazine that centers on all of these important issues that have affected many of us.  The magazine deals with everyday life in the community, and showcases the many subjects that Jackie supports and fights for daily.
