Sun Prairie’s 4th Annual Frozen Fest is set to bring a flurry of winter excitement from January 29 to February 2, 2025. Hosted by the Parks, Recreation, & Forestry Department, this festival offers a variety of activities for all ages, culminating in the 77th Annual Groundhog Prognostication.

- Night at the Museum with Jimmy the Groundhog: Meet Sun Prairie’s famous groundhog and delve into local history.
- Patrick Marsh Candlelit Hike & Bonfire: Experience a serene evening hike illuminated by candlelight, followed by a cozy bonfire.

- 77th Annual Groundhog Prognostication: Join the community to see if Jimmy the Groundhog predicts an early spring.
- Hibernation Hustle 5k & Kids Dash: Participate in a brisk run to shake off the winter blues.
