An entrepreneur at heart, Raymond, along with his wife, ventured into real-estate investment properties.  Currently owning 5 properties, the Rankins’ have successfully built wealth that will last for generations while truly leading by example.  Raymond, also an animal lover, recently began breeding Goldendoodles under the Name Wisco Doodles. This particular breed make excellent therapy dogs.  

Raymond is inspired by Carter G Woodson, who is sometimes known as the “Father of Black History” for dedicating his career to African American history and for lobbying tirelessly to establish Black History Month.  Woodson pioneered “Negro History Week” which began in February 1926 and later became Black History Month.
